We create unique memory-inspired fragrances, crafted by hand on the south coast of the UK. Each fragrance is developed from scratch and bottled within limited batches, using only the finest raw materials. Designed with quality, balance, and longevity in mind, FORM is more than perfume—it’s an experience.

FORM Began as an idea, born out of passion for creating something truly unique with our own hands. From discovering traditional perfumery mixed with modern processes we've began to uncover what makes a great fragrance. We are driven by uncovering faded memories, and bottling them in a scent. Our perfumes are all individually crafted to stand apart from the mass production and generic formulas of other brands in the fragrance industry.

All of our fragrances are formulated from scratch using the highest quality raw materials in the perfume industry. Each bottle contains a parfum and perfumers alcohol solution, blended for the highest performance and longevity possible. We use a variety of natural materials including essential oils, absolutes, ketones and extractions, alongside expertly chosen synthetics which improve the blend and longevity of many of our compositions. Although our formulas are a secret, we follow all relevant guidelines (IFRA), and personally test each fragrance over a period of months, to ensure the best user experience.
